Make One Away/Towards

[FONT=Tahoma][SIZE=3][COLOR=Black]Is there a difference between a Make One Away or Make One Towards? In the videos they both show a backwards loop being placed on the right needle. If this is so, what give the direction of either left or right slanting added stitch?

One has the twist going to the left and one is twisted to the right. But in general it doesn’t really look any different so you can do either one.
