How do you avoid the ladder-effect when moving from one needle to another?
I work the next three stitches on the next needle tight.
I generally tighten the first st AFTER knitting (or purling) it. Then I work the second st a little tighter and that’s it. I always had ladders on DPNs, no matter how tight I knit, but no problem with magic loop.
