Magic Loop - heel turning

I have 64 sts., 32 on front, 32 on back needle. I can understand directions for turning heel but don’t know which sts. to start with! Yarn hanging on back needle, o the right side end. Just can’t figure out where to start! Appreciate help!

I’d think you just start with the next stitch on the front needles. What heel are you doing?

I would start where the yarn is presuming both sides are identical. Once the heel is turned you will return to knitting in the round.
