M3 - Make three

Please can someone help me - i’ve just started to knit a pretty green bag from one of the national knitting magazines and it is telling me to M3 (where M3 is knit into front, back and front of next stitch…)… is there a link in the internet somewhere which will show me how to do this? Or can someone here help? i’m better when i see things!

It’s like a knit front and back (kfb) with an extra step - you knit into the front again. Look at that video in the Increases section.
