I am wanting to knit the Lucy Bag from the Lions Brand website. It is so freakin’ awesome! I didn’t want to buy the pattern if I could figure out the basics on my own, and I found a website with good pictures.
but I have a Q…if anyone here has made this purse, do you double your yarn or just knit with one strand? The website with the pics (but no pattern) seems as if it was just one strand, while I’m thinking I saw somewhere else that you use 2 strands. I’ve already CO for the purse using one strand. I am just wondering if the 2 strands add to the bulk of the purse and if I should rip out and start over. (please say no…lol)
