Loose stitches

Every time, I knit a row, my last stitch is always loose. What can I do to prevent this from happening?

Everyone’s last stitch is loose to some degree. The stitch is only anchored on one side. The way to compensate for that is to either pull the first couple of stitches tight on the next row, or to slip the first stitch of each row without knitting it.
