It looks fabulous! I love the colors!
Thank you very much! I used Berocco “Hip Hop” and Crystal Palace Kid Merino. I have done this scarf in a couple of different colorways but with the same yarns.

looks like it should be for sale in a boutique store- very nice!
GORGEOUS!!! :cheering: :cheering:
Wow! That is a very visually interesting scarf! I’ll bet you get ALOT of attention when you wear it!
GREAT job!
That’s REALLY cool!
That’s REALLY cool!
That is very unique and pretty!!! Did you make up your own pattern?
Wow, that’s so original!
Thank you. No; the pattern is on Knitty.com in the archives and it is called “Loopy”. The pattern is listed as one for “experienced” knitters but it really isn’t hard at all. The handling of the really thin and the thick yarn together is the challenge. Also, you are working with two balls of yarn and sliding the stitches from end to end of a circular needle. You get the hang of it in just a few rows.

It’s beautiful! I love your colors :cheering:
so pretty!
I wanted to make that once, but I was too scared.
how long have you been knitting? (if you don’t mind my nosiness.)
You aren’t being nosy!! I have been knitting for about 3 1/2 years. Honest to goodness, this scarf/shawl is not that hard to do. It just looks like it is!

PS About the nosy stuff…remember I am a Southerner and would tell you the tale of my whole life story the first time we spoke!! :teehee:

That looks great! I love the different textures, and the color of the yarn. Awesome job! :cheering:
