Looking for post re: loop at end of row

hi - i’m having trouble finding a post i saw in here ahile ago. i’ve used the search function but to no avail. the post was regarding avoiding a big loop at the end of k1/p1 row. i don’t see the loop until a couple rows later. anyone know how to avoid the big loop? or can you point me to that thread? thanks!

Give your yarn a little bit of a tug at the beginning of the row. That pulls up the extra slack from the one below it too - the one at the end of the row.
