Looking for a simple top-down cotton cardigan pattern!

I have been looking to work on a light weight cardigan…using the top down method…have worked on many for infants…have only found one for Lion Brand Wool Ease…

Any suggestions for using a lighter yarn instead of wool? Is it possible to use the same pattern? I would imagine it will change the dimensions, etc.!

As long as you use the same weight/gauge yarn you should be able to do any of these in cotton I think.
