You can type in your web search - changing crochet to knit pattern - and get a bunch of sites that will explain how to do it. Might be just what you need to make those cute fish.

Icord for the boney body parts. Have to think a bit more about the head/tails.
The head looks like a sock toe to me. Or maybe the end of a mitten.
