Lookie at what I did

Well I got a Babe spinning wheel recently and I wanted to share my first skien of kool-aid Dyed, hand spun and plyd yarn. I am not sure what it wants to be yet but I am leaning toward a purse. Very thick thin but I am already getting better! :happydance:

What a great job, Sandra. I’ll bet you had so much fun seeing that wool spun into yarn. It must be a real pleasure to be able to spin your own wool and dye it, too.

:inlove: ya’ll are so sweet! It really was a blast to spin and watch how the colors fell. What is interesting is that I spun some of it on a spindle and it came out completly different than this! Anyway I really think that it wants to be a purse. I just don’t know yet though.

Great job Sandra!! I can’t wait to see what you make with it. It would be a beautiful purse!
I am so impressed. I was just talking to my mom today about wanting to learn to spin. How long did it take you to get to this point? Was it hard to learn?

Thanks for sharing the porn!!

So pretty! I wanna’ see the purse already
