I’m so proud of him, he made the Urban Necessity Gloves from Magknits! He used black Patons Classic Merino wool, but it looks gray because of the flash.

Thanks for all the compliments guys! I have to admit, when I taught DH how to knit, I had an alterior motive. He was complaining about me knitting all the time and about my growing stash. So now I got him hooked and he’s right there with me in the LYS helping to enlarge my stash. These Gloves are his 4th project. He did a moss stitch afghan for his first project, and he’s done 2 Dishcloths.

very impressive–I could never get dh to knit–it would require moving…LOL!
Mom’s trying to get dad to try it though…I can’t imagine that (my dad is a disabled former truck driver…)…but he’s surprised me before! (like the time he agreed to wear a feather boa and a homemade skirt while my neice (who was 3 at the time) pained his toe nails…thank god I got out the camera for that one!

Here’s a pic of the afghan DH knitted. I was looking for a pic of it, and couldn’t find one so I got it out and threw it over the couch for the pic. I don’t know where the dishcloths are that he knitted or I would have added pics of those as well.
