Long Dash in Pattern

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can help me interpret instruction from a pattern:

Row 25: Rep Row 19—8 sts.

The 3 hyphens are appear as a long dash in the pattern (there’s no symbol for it on this site, so I improvised). Is it saying to go from row 19 for 8 rows?

No, for row 25 your repeat row 19 and there will be 8 sts left. The dashes indicate something that’s not part of the pattern, just information.
