Little lost with sleeve

So I’m a little lost with sleeve decreasing with this one, so I’ve completed shape sleeve head and moving on to size 1-2. I know how to decrease but don’t understand Dec as set on row 5th then 6th.

Decrease as set means to place the decrease the same way it was worked previously. In the sleevehead section you had a decrease at each end 1 stitch in from the edge, that’s k1, ssk, work to last 3 sts, k2tog, k1
In the next part you are to also place the decreases 1 stitch in from the edge.
Call the next row row 1, work the decreases on row 5, then on row 11.
