Has anyone tried to use this book? I am trying to do the Short Sleeve Corsage sweater and am having a hard time. Either the pattern is goofy or I have completely lost my ability to follow it. I wrote the company at least 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten a response. The pattern is double moss stitch but once the decreases are started I had to plot out the repeats on graph paper. Now at the shoulders I am having trouble: 40 sts on RT front, then cast on 30 for the back, then 40 sts on LT front. Because I had to adapt the repeats for 40 sts, the pattern doesn’t work wehn putting all together. Gee, I hope this makes sense! Any ideas? Thanks
You could cast on a few more or less to accommodate the pattern. I’m assuming that you need a multiple of 4 for the double moss?
In that case, 110 doesn’t work but 112 will.
Or, they might want the double moss to start and end with the same stitches, so the 110 might be what’s called for. You’d start with knits and end with knits/start with purls, end with purls.
