True, they’re expensive…but if you have one size of straights that you really like above the others, it’s not a bad thing to have.

I think these would come in handy in terms of knitting on the road… when you don’t want to put the knitting away just yet, and the light is beginning to fade…

Plus I’m a bit of a Star Wars geek, so…

Hilarious!

I sometimes have difficulty seeing stitches when knitting very dark colored yarns. I wonder if the lighted needles would provide some better contrast?

Do they turn red if you are evil? Or at least, up to no good?

I think they’re really neat, and have a certain geekiness to them that I love. But I just wouldn’t feel right using them unless the had light saber sound effects to go with them.
