I overpurchased the wool for my Booger big time. I only used about half of what I bought. I intend to make the actual Booga out of some of it {using HBC stripes of course!}, but I will still end up with at least one ball of the Paton’s Classic left, as well as the odds and ends of the Peer Gynt. Any suggestions as to what I could do with it?
Leftover wool... what to do?
hehe  yeah send it all to me!
but seriously you could make a nice felted purse out of whats left thats what i did with the last ball of wool i had and it turned out very very nice.
:?? not to sound like an idiot or anything but what is a booga? :??
What about a cute felted accessory pouch/makeup bag to go with the bag?
Do a search on this forum and you’ll get about 10 zillion hits! It’s a small felted tote bag. I don’t have the link handy, but I’m sure someone will post it here shortly!
Actually, that’s not a bad idea at all. I don’t normally wear a lot of makeup, and carry little more than lip balm with me, but a little bag would be very handy for the times when I do carry more… or when I need a little pencil case sized thing for my knitting doo-dads! Thanks!
Anyone else got any ideas for what to do with about a Booga’s amount of wool?
Here’s the Booga Bag pattern. It’s usually made with Noro Kureyon.
There are several vests on this page that use 3 skeins of wool. You’d have to buy the pattern, but they look nice!

Here’s a pattern for a small accessory bag to go inside the Booga Bag:
