Hi Everyone,
I was knitting a child’s prayer shawl using up the last of my Lavender Sachet #390 Homespun, however I am about 15 rows short and would love to buy a full skein or partial from anyone who has this yarn.
Hope someone out there can help as this color has been discontinued.

You should post what the [B]Lot #[/B] is so you can continue with the project and not see a difference in the addition of the new yarn you’ve acquired.
I don’t think Homespun is dyelotted.

Ah, OK, then yes, it matters. Thanks for pointing that out. Most of the acrylics I have experience with aren’t dyelotted anymore. I thought the Homespun I had wasn’t. :shrug:
[B][COLOR=“Green”]I think the older ones aren’t marked with a lot#, but the ones I bought in January do have lot#'s. Also, when I was buying it in Jan. I could see the difference in the lots.
With that said, she is probably best off getting some that doesn’t have a specific lot#, assuming hers doesn’t have one either.[/COLOR][/B]
Thinkingflower, you might try over here. At least the first entry is, or was for sale and there may be others. If it’s a different dye lot you can blend it in by knitting 2 rows alternately with the 2 dye lots for a couple of inches.
Thank you everyone. Yes, Homespun has a dye lot, but at this stage of the game I just want to finish the shawl and I am not concern about the dye lot. I have messages out in Revelry for those listing their stash, but have yet to receive a response. Just hoping someone out there has some. Appreciate the advice, but really would like to know if anyone has any to part with. Thank you all for your suggestions.
