Ladies & Gentlemen, introducing my first sock!

My first sock! I did it all last evening, Bernat CottonTots (worsted weight cotton) in Very Berry on size 5 DPNs, the North Country Cotton baby sock from the free patterns here. It’s a tad big for my baby girl, but she’ll grow into it (and its mate that I will knit this weekend!).

Now I have more confidence than ever in being able to finish Silver’s Sock Class, it’s just taking much longer for an adult size, with fingering weight on size 2 DPNs! LOL :happydance:

Oh crud, this is huge let me resize it!

Oh, that is PRECIOUS!!! I want to make some baby socks for my new nephew or niece…whenever he/she arrives.

I TOTALLY understand about the adult sock! I’m making one now with sock yarn on size 1 dpns!!!
