I am knitting the Little Love sweater pattern by Ankestrick. It’s a 8 row repeat. When I get to second repeat of row 2 which is P6 (yo,P5) to 1 st before end P1. I get to the end of row before completing P5. I have 3 sts left before 1 st at end.
We need more info in order to help. How many stitches are you working on? Can you post the relevant section of the pattern?

I do love Ankestrick’s patterns. ColoCro’s requests will help us. One thought, the yarn over shouldn’t use up a stitch. Just bring the yarn to the back over the needle after the purl then around to the front between the needles. That’s it. The next stitch isn’t used as part of the yarn over.
