Lace instructions?

Does anyone out there have a link to instructions for knitting lace? I’m looking for either (preferably) a video or just pictures.

Lace is just a combination of yo’s and decreases. I don’t think there’s any ‘lace knitting’ technique. You need to be familiar with the different yo’s, and the different decreases, but that’s about it.

Thanks! So it’s just yo, k2 tog rep to end? Or is there a more specific pattern?

Every lace pattern has different instructions. Some are simple and repetative, others are more complicated. You might have a yo, k2tog, but you also might have k2 (or more) togtbl, yo, p2togtbl, ssk, psso variations, etc.

There are also lace patterns knit with yarn as thin as hair or as thick as bulky.
