Kool Aid Yarn

Ok, I have reading your posts about spinning and dying yarn, I can’t spin so I wanted to try and dye some.
So, here it is Christmas Eve, the ham is in the oven and I had free time, so I went ahead and tried the Kool Aide method.
It was fun and I think the next time I will try not to be so carefull and just go for it, I love the colors the way they turned out, I can’t wait to knit with it. To me, this was a good way to practice and at some point I will try another type of dye, but until then, the cool drink stuff will work fine.
Here it is before drying it.

Merry Christmas !

Nice dye yarn, what it is going to be ?

wow. i really like that. :inlove:
in fact, you just inspired me to do something similar. thanks.

Jackie, maybe some socks!
It was fun, and in the back of my mind I kept thinking if it turns out really awful, I can just re dye it a solid color.
I thought a baby top might look good too, have to see how it looks dry and wind.
Thanks for looking.
