Hi , I’m knitting a baby blanket , and there is a snowflake pattern scattered here and there in a contrast colour . I’m confused as how to use the contrast wool , do I rejoin on every snowflake , as first row is 1st in contrast ?
Hi and welcome!
Since the snowflakes are scattered it’s probably best to use a separate ball or end of yarn for each one. This is neater than carrying the contrasting color yarn across large spaces of the main color yarn.
What is the name of your pattern?
