Knitting Success

Hi!

I listened to an interesting story on success the other day. This man called Malcolm Gladwell wrote a book called Outliers, about successful people and is interviewed in this radio broadcast.

Download it to your iPod if you get a chance. It’s only 30 minutes or so.

His theory is that people who are successful have some talent but mostly a LOVE of their chosed talent that make them practice it over and over and over again. It is some talent and tons of practice that makes them so good.

So all of us who love knitting and knit lots will get better and better until we are ultimately experts!! :woot:

Malcolm Gladwell writes in the New Yorker every so often. You can do a search and read them for free on their web site.

Then I need to :knitting: more than I cook, much better at cooking and baking.
