that also has videos for the especially tricky steps like turning the heel and working the gusset
Baby socks are great because they are a quick knit, yet still have all the basic principles of adult socks!
The best book I have found is Sensational Knitted Socks. It has lots of patterns that can be adapted to any size and gives instructions for both dpns and 2 circ methods. Personally, I find the 2 circ method easier and less complicated.
