Knitting in the round
Don’t imagine it matters as long as you know which is the RS and which is the WS so that your pattern comes out correctly. I like to watch my pattern develop as I go so I typically make sure my RS is out. If it bothers you you should be able to turn the work “inside out” while on the needles.
omg, when i first started knitting in the round i made that mistake of having it turn inside out on the needles and made a mess of things
