Knitting Help - Reversing Pattern

Struggling to figure out the reverse of the below:

Shape front neck
Next row (RS): K2, sl 1, K1, psso, K5 and turn, leaving rem sts on a holder. 8 sts.
Work each side of neck separately:

  1. Dec 1 st at neck edge of next 3 rows and at same time dec 1 st at raglan armhole edge of 2nd. 4 sts.
  2. Next row (RS): K1, sl 1, K2tog, psso.
  3. Next row: P2.
  4. Next row: K2tog and fasten off.
With RS facing, slip centre 39 sts onto a holder, rejoin yarn and K to last 4 sts, K2tog, K2. 8 sts.
Complete to match first side, reversing shapings.

I have steps 1 sorted but am struggling on 2-4. Is there a reverse shaping to this or should I just follow the same pattern?

For step 2, k3tog, k1.
P2 on step 3 and for the next row k2tog and fasten off.

What is the name of your pattern?

Thank you! It’s Holborn by Martin Storey

Could you clarify something for me?
I’m on the sleeves (finally) and it says:
Inc 1 st at each end of 9th and every foll 10th row to 69 sts, then on every foll 12th row until there are 71 sts.

Does this mean I increase at each end of the 9th row. Then I knit 9 more rows and increase either end of the 10th and repeat until I have 69 sts? Once I have 69 I will continue to increase on every 12th until I have 71?

Thank you!

Yes, that’s right.
