Knitting chart help

I am beginning the Trouville cardigan by Sophie Ochera. Would someone assist with the chart ? I inserted a photo of chart #1. Horizontally, 1-8 ans Vertitcally rows 3-20. Where is row #2 ?
I am knitting this in the round.

Does the pattern have written instructions for the first two rounds?

We’ve had this question once before so you’re not the only one confused. GG is correct, round 2 is in the written directions, “knit one more round in ribbing pattern using Colour 1 (peach)”.
