I have knitted for about 40 years and came across a pattern with some different abbreviations. I’m looking for help to finish this project. CB, CF PCB and PCF are baffling me. I’m sure B and F are back & front but not sure about the rest. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much! There are no abbreviations and not even a picture! I picked this pattern up at a knitting shop in Boise, Idaho. It’s a cute little girls dress I’m wanting to make for my granddaughter. I’ve been very frustrated with it for about 6 months and almost gave up.

Following on, CB4 = put the first 2 sts on a cable needle (cn) and hold to the back, then knit the second 2. Then knit the 2 from the cable needle.
What company produced the pattern? Is it possible that the company’s website has a list of abbreviations?
The pattern has been reproduced on a computer. Never thought about reviewing it when I purchased it last summer.
