Knitting abbreviations

I live in Australia and my mother-in-law gave me a pattern for a sweater set from a magazine published in England. I really want to make it, but ran across terms I have never heard of. Can anyone help? I have been searching the web to try and find an answer. Here are the terms.
CB4F and
CB4B
I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

Looks like a cable pattern to me.

CB4F = Cable 4 w/ cable needle (abbrev. ‘cn’) in the front.
CB4B = Cable 4 w/ cable needle (abbrev. ‘cn’) in the back.

I think Amy has some videos on how to knit cables.
