Does anyone have EASY directions for knitting flowers to make into pins? They would be beautiful accents on winter coats. I thought they would be great gifts.

Nice patterns. I’ve been trying to find some nice flower patterns. There is a purple one that is [I]really[/I] pretty. Thanks for the link. 
Check out nicky epstein’s book, Knitted Flowers. There are lots of really nice ones in there, and a lot are just a few long rows of stockinette stitch with some twists.
ALSO, you might be able to find kits for needle felted flower pins at your LYS.
