Knit until end of round

I’m new to knitting and I’m a little confused as to what the end of the round is…I’m using a magic loop with my stitches divided eveally on both needles.

Does knitting to the end of the round mean knit ALL of the stitches until I get back to the start of the beginning or just to the end of the first needle?

It means until you get back to where you started knitting - you usually put a marker there, or sometimes you can use the tail from the cast on as a ‘landmark’ so to speak.
