video on here for english-style knitting below (http://www.knittinghelp.com/video/play/knit-below-english) is out of focus, jerky, needle-fiddly and then the actual stitch is way too fast and not repeated. any suggestions for better ones?

thanks for the video links. i know it’s all so subjective, which kinds of instruction we respond to, but sooooo many go too quickly on the actual stitch part, and have way too much fiddling/finger movement, adjusting, etc beforehand. makes me start feeling very later-in-life ADHD. anyway, thanks again
