I am knitting a bee pattern. The patter can be found here.
I think I may have mistranslated the pattern (which is not written, but drawn). I didn’t consider if I was on the RS or the WS when counting the stitch numbers. I paid attention to WS/PS for knowing when to pearl vs when to knit. But I’m worried now that the column number differs depending if you’re on WS or RS, because the instructions say to knit back and forth over all rows, but also because my cloth doesn’t look right at all…
It may help to put a marker on one side, RS or WS when you begin to help you keep track of sides. The stitch number won’t change with the rows but the honeycomb pattern depends on the knit one below on WS rows.
What does the other side of the dishcloth look like?

I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the stitch number and the pattern going out of register or simply that the piece needs blocking to see the honeycomb pattern in the initial border.
