Can someone explain "dec 1 st at front slope edge of 6th and 3rd foll 6th rows, then on 4th foll 8th rows

Maybe it’s
dec 1 st at front slope edge of 6th and 3 foll 6th rows, then on 4 foll 8th rows?
If so that means dec at the front edge on row 6 and then on rows 12,18 and 24. Then dec on rows 32, 40, 48 and 56.
oh my goodness. I’m sure that’s it because it’s the right number of decreases to make stitch count work. Can’t thank you enough!!!
