Katia Pattern Edging question

I am stuck on a Pattern Edging for a Katia cardigan pattern:

The pattern tells me to start my knit row as follows:

K4, turn RH needle completely around 360 degrees, K8 and repeat to end of row.

I would appreciate any help that I can get.:thumbsup:

Can you give a link to the pattern. There are a number of different Katia cardigans and jackets listed.
