I am knitting a hat using two different balls of yarn hed together. Any tips on how to keep the yarn from becoming twisted from the yarn balls up to the needles. Seems like I have to stop and “untwisdt” every 10 stitches or so…But does it really matter since the colors are joined anyway on the needle?

That’s normal. It can help to put each ball in it’s own ziplock baggie, but it’s futile to keep them from twining around each other. It won’t show in the stitches anyway. You can pay attention to how you turn the work at the end of each row; if you’re always turning the same direction that can make it worse, so you can alternate directions.

You have helped me before. Great tip!!
