It's Arrived! Yarn Porn with Mmmmmmm

I received my order from that wonderful Knit2Purl2 sale - as I knew things were running short I over ordered a bit, and ended up getting a little more than I thought I would - ouch on the credit card :eyes: but, oh soooo lovely! I can’t wait to start knitting it up!!! So - here are the pics!

Here is a grouping of 1 of each yarn:

I got 2 orders of Malabrigo in sweater quantities!!! Golden Ochre and Emerald Blue (oh, so so so so excited about this!)

Some bamboo: SWTC in a very pretty taupe - this has beautiful sheen and is so very soft, and some Plymouth Royal Bamboo in blues. Both of these are in sweater quantifies as well :oops:

And then a couple of skeins of yarns I’ve been wanting to try:
Tofutsies (pink & white); Noro Yoroi (puple/fuschia); Noro Sumile (browns) & Amerah Silk (lavenders). I have enough of the 2 Noros and the Amerah for a scarf and maybe gloves or a hat!

Honestly, I am a bit embarrassed by these riches :oops: but I also want to just sit in the middle of a pile of these skeins!

Now, to decide what to knit with first!!! At least I’m motivated to get a jump on my holiday knitting! Oh what a happy package to come home to :woot:

I love that royal bamboo- I made a lovely camisole out of some- it is soo soft next to the skin! What a great stash enrichment!! I can picture you rolling around like a kitten in the skeins…

I can’t wait to see the FO’s that haul will make. I am certain they will be gorgeous.

I got mine today too! I could kick myself for not ordering more than 2 of each thing but…my MMMalabrigo was Violetas…it’s soooooooo soft!!!

plus Tofutsies, Sockotta, and Galway…

plus some Lopi Lite, some Panda Cotton in Fall Herbs,
and Lorna’s Laces in Lorikeet :slight_smile:

Mine came last night too. 12 sk SWTC Karaoke in Mermaid, 11 sk malabrigo in purple mystery and 4 verdes. The malabrigo was so much more impressive than I remember from when I touched at my LYS. I didn’t think to take pics for y’all. Instead I made a big pile in the living room and burried myself in it, lol.

Ok, actually, I went through every pattern book and magazine I had and tried to decide what I’m making with which.

I had planned to make the Interweave Knits tilted duster with the purple mystery, and it looks like the gauge will work. I have to swatch tonight just to make sure.

SO excited for you!! I can’t wait to get mine! I can’t imagine how OUCH your credit card was–now I’m knida wishing I’d hurt mine a little more, but I don’t need to do that!! Wasn’t it awesome to get those wonderful yarns at the prices we did!:cheering::cheering::woohoo:
