Itchy and Scratchy

Someone just gave me eight skeins of charcoal gray wool. They look beautiful, but they’re really itchy and scratchy (for you Simpsons fans!)

I’m considering using these for my first felting project. I’ve found patterns for bags and for hats and scarves, too. But before I make anything wearable with this stash, I’d like to know: will this wool still be as itchy-scratchy after being felted?

Yeah, it will still be scratchy. I’d say a bag is the way to go!

Yes, itchy and scratchy. I would make a great bag, maybe a hat, or best yet a pet bed :smiley:
