Is it possible to frog the beginning of a sweater

I’m making a top down raglan sweater and am at the bottom of the body. I started out doing a rolled neck, hem and cuffs, but have changed my mind thinking of the roll around my butt! I’m going to do a little ribbing around the bottom and cuffs, but since I started at the top the neck already has the roll and I’m not sure I’m going to like it. Is it possible to frog the neck and do a little ribbing there? I’m very familiar with frogging (trust me!) but I can’t find info about frogging the beginning anywhere! Thanks for any ideas.

You can do it. It’s difficult to get the cast-on stitches undone, though. Your best bet is to insert a life line/destination row and then cut the bind off, rip down to your life line, pick up the stitches and knit your ribbing. It should work out fine!
