Same here. I wasn’t sure if it was my site or browser. (I just changed to a new browser last night). But, I guess if it is happening to everyone, it is a site thing.
Mine are working. If I just back up to the previous page after reading a post it doesn’t look like I read it, but that’s always been the case. If I go back to the topic, it’s off. 
I am also not getting the emails for the threads that I am watching.
