Invisble cast onto a cable needle help

ive been trying to do the invisible cast on to a cabled needle but i keep getting twisted. am i doing something wrong?

the one on here in the videos. reckon i should of tried it with waste yarn first though :frowning:

Yep, it’s meant to be used with 2 different yarns. Here’s another version of it where you can use the cord of another circular needle instead of yarn. And this one will seem twisted because that’s what you’re doing - just twisting the yarn around the needle and they’re not secured.

Here’s another pCOthat’s crocheted on; you can also use a very large crochet hook, work a chain and pick up sts in the bumps on the back of the chain.
