Introduction

Wow, the online videos are wonderful. My wife knits English style but I’ve been itching to learn Continental (the basic urge kicked in when I realized that of course she can’t knit presents for HERSELF, but i could knit presents for her…).

So of course I’m mysteriously creating extra stitches, losing track of whether I’m supposed to be purling or knitting, and pulling the new stitches so tight that I can’t move them on the needle… but i’m having a good time!

Thanks so much for putting this site together! The video clips are priceless, especially the ones with your commentary!
