Interpretation of pattern

I am having trouble deciphering the raglan instructions for Drops Come Here. I am doing the third size, so…increase 2 sts on each side of every marker on every other round 1 time. Then increase 1 st each side of every marker on every other round 21 times in total, and on every 4th round 1 time in all sizes = 338.

You’ll have 4 raglan markers. Increase 2sts on each side of the markers starting on a round we’ll call round 1, Increase one stitch each side of the markers on rounds 3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19 and so on up to and including round 43. Increase one stitch each side of the markers on round 47.
