Normally ok at following a pattern but this one says;
Work 7 rows inc 1 each end of next and every 6th until 35 sts (fine I get that) then it says work 11 rows inc 1 st each end of following 8th row till 37 sts.
So do I knit an additional 11 rows or just another 4 to make total of 11 rows. (It’s for a cardigan sleeve

It’s confusing alright. You may have to look at the shape on the sleeve to decide but I’d count 8 rows after the 35stitch-row and increase at each end to 37sts.

I think its…
Inc every 6th row till 35 sts
then every 8th row till 37 sts
then add 3 more rows (above 8+ this 3=11).
