Increasing stitches

Hello Everyone…I am new to this board…I am making a corkscrew scarf pattern and it says to cast on 90 stitches, knit the next 3 rows, then increase by knitting in the back and front of every stitch…How do I do this… :??

Knit a stitch, leaving stitch on left needle; knit into the back loop of this stitch. Here is a video:
