My pattern calls for making 22 increases across a purl row. How do I do purl increases? Help!!!
I know in the Combine style it’s a lot like a yarn over. However, if you’re using the Continental style of knitting, I’m not really sure how you would accomplish that. You could look here and see how it’s done knitwise and then perhaps backward engineer the stitch you need.
You can do pfb, purl into the front of the st as usual, but leave it on the needle and also purl into the back leg. Or do a m1 purlwise by lifting the strand between two sts and purling into it so it twists.
