I just downloaded instructions from KnitPicks for coasters and a cup cuff.
I noticed they say to use an e-wrap for the increases. What is an e-wrap and if there is a place where I can view it, I would be interested.

I am pretty sure it is the first video on the right side on this page. i think it is called that, because it sort of looks like an E when you do it.

I “think” an e-wrap is the same as backward loop. Here’s a bunch of increases to check out.
