Hi Everyone ,
I was just wondering if you would all join me in spending a moment to think about the people who died During the 7/7 terrorist attacks /bombings here in London three years ago today .
Thank you
Hard to believe that was 3 years ago. I know I was worried at the time as my BIL works in that part of London and uses London transport. I cannot imagine living in an area where terrorist attacks happen frequently, so sad.
God Bless them all.
Thanks Sue ,
I too remember that my DH was using London Transport that morning and i was so frightened .
I think that if we all try and remember such events like 7/7 and 9/11 , it keeps things real and raises awareness . We cannot as human beings forget these events and remembering those people who lost their lives is the least we can all do .
Wow, I was just thinking about that very thing earlier this morning while watching the news about the bombing in Afghanistan.
I feel so for the folks who are remembering ones lost. This kind of hatred should not be something our children have to face.
I can’t believe it has been 3 years…we will never forget…we must never forget there are terrorists out there that are targeting innocent civilians…I pray for those who died and their families, and hope this world can figure out a way to defeat this evil we all face…
And sending out a prayer for the survivors and the families of those lost that day—anniverseries like this must be exquisitely painful for them.
I can’t believe it’s already been 3 years either. My thoughts are with those families that lost loved ones that day and with those still suffering from the injuries of that day - physical and emotional.
Wow! As others have said, I can’t believe how much time has passed. My daughter’s best friend’s brother had just flown into London on a foreign exchange thing when everything happened. We were all terribly worried about him.
Prayers said for those personally touched by this tragic event.
My how time flies. Prayers for those who were touched by this.
