I started making a v-neck pullover with a ruffle at the bottom for my daughter. I realized I won’t have enough for long sleeves, and probably not 3/4 length either. So I think I have a couple options and I’d like advice and/or links to patterns.
The first option, I think, is a sort of flutter sleeve, which would look nice with the ruffle. I can’t find a pattern though.
I could maybe make a short matching tube skirt or sew another layer under the ruffle and extend it into a jumper style dress (no sleeves).
I could attempt the 3/4 sleeves and see what happens.
More yarn or a solid color i think isn’t really an option, since the colorway is handpainted and I think difficult to match or reproduce. I should have ordered more in the first place.
